Meanwhile, in New York City, the city’s tourism agency, NYC & Company, predicts the city will receive around 38.2 million visitors in 2021, after seeing just 22.9 million in 2020. And because all of these people will need housing, by the end of this year the city will be welcoming a number of new properties.
