The parish will include 18 buildings, each 45 feet taller than the top of the hill, with 179 living spaces priced at $ 4 million and up.

Living space ranges from 1,900-square-foot condominiums, 7,000-square-foot four-bedroom units, and 3,000-square-foot penthouses with 40-foot pools.

The property will offer amenities such as a private marina, a lakefront clubhouse, covered garden, sports center, spa, 90 meter infinity pool, theater, private restaurant, nature trails and a private park.

Officials said the property is the first of its kind in Texas and the company’s fifth location in the world. Advance sales for units began in the fall of this year.

“Our plan – supported by our neighbors and approved by the city – provides secure and accessible parking for the lookout point and the cliff,” said John Davison, CEO of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. “In addition to donating half of our lake property to the city, we will continue to invest in responsible green space development and create the first new park on Lake Austin in decades.”

Four Seasons is dedicating 1,466 feet of the property’s cliff top to a public lookout and park overlooking Lake Austin, Pennybacker Bridge, Austin Country Club Golf Course, and the downtown Austin skyline, according to the company’s environmental management bulletin.

The company will also fund the construction of 25 free parking spaces with access to the lookout point. Four Seasons has agreed to protect 75 percent of the heritage trees on the entire property and will dedicate 90 hectares of the property as protected green and parkland.

In addition, the hotel and resort company employs Dark Sky design guidelines on the property and is considering a solar energy path to all buildings.
