AC Hotel Nashville Brentwood, the second AC Hotels by Marriott® in Tennessee, is now accepting reservations for September 19, 2021 and beyond. The Hill Center hotel on Maryland Farms officially opened on September 17th.

The newly built property offers 148 guest rooms, co-working spaces, more than 2,000 square meters of event space and several beverage and gastronomy experiences, including a publicly accessible rooftop lounge, on its four levels.

Truman’s American Ace Lounge is the hotel’s rooftop lounge and pays homage to the premier sire of the American Saddle Horse breed at historic Maryland Farms in Brentwood. In Truman’s American Ace Lounge, guests can enjoy craft cocktails, light snacks, and views of Maryland Farms on their fourth floor balcony.

The hotel’s three flexible function rooms, Granbery One, Granbery Two and The Maryland Room, are named after Brentwoods Maryland Farms and Jimmy Granbery, Chairman and CEO of HG Hill Realty Company. The Maryland Room can accommodate up to 60 people and leads directly to Maryland Terrace with a view of Maryland Park. Granbery One and Granbery Two offer space for up to 30 guests in each room and can be combined for up to 60 guests. Professional staff ensure that events run smoothly, and catering services can facilitate both leisure and business events.

The AC Library offers guests a flexible environment to work and collaborate, including a computer workstation and printer services. The hotel’s two media salons enable guests and visitors to hold meetings for four to six people.

The AC lobby features the brand’s signature open concept spaces and a carefully selected collection of inviting furniture, modern designs and textures that evoke the feeling of a well-curated art gallery. Ambient lighting and cozy seating invite travelers to relax in chic surroundings while creating an effortless space to hold a business meeting or hang out with friends over cocktails.

The AC Lounge, a variant of the traditional hotel bar, offers a selection of small tapas-style bites, local craft beers, specialty wines and expertly prepared signature cocktails such as the brand’s signature gin and tonic.

The AC Kitchen serves a European-inspired continental breakfast with freshly baked croissants, hearty pancakes and Nespresso coffee. A trademark in all AC Hotels is the Berkel Slicer, which offers visitors hand-cut meat including prosciutto for an authentic taste of Europe.

Developed by Doradus Partners in collaboration with RCP Companies and HG Hill Realty Company, the AC Hotel Nashville Brentwood offers visitors a European-style experience that puts guests just a short drive from downtown Nashville.
