Third-party hotel management company Aimbridge Hospitality has been recognized for managing multiple hotels across the country in the past few weeks.

  • Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort: Located 20 minutes from downtown Phoenix and has 584 rooms. Boxer Resorts, a Boxer Property Management Corp. company, will continue to market the property. The property has eight pools, a golf course, several bars and restaurants, and 39,018 square feet of meeting and event space.
  • Hilton Boston / Woburn: The 344-room hotel is part of a partnership between Rubicon Cos. And The Davis Cos. The hotel has over 11,600 square feet of event space and 13 flexible, functional meeting rooms, including a grand ballroom. The hotel also features an on-site restaurant, fitness center, indoor pool, free indoor and outdoor parking, pet-friendly rooms, an executive lounge, concierge, and room service.
  • The Diplomat Beach Resort: The 1,000 key hotel in Hollywood, Florida was recently renovated for $ 100 million. The Diplomat has a 200,000 square meter convention center, two pools, a spa and fitness center and a marina. Brookfield Properties owns the hotel.
  • Sheraton Gunter Hotel San Antonio: Evolution Hospitality, Aimbridge’s lifestyle division, will run the hotel. Axle Cos., A private real estate investment firm, owns the hotel with 322 rooms and seven suites. The Gunter Hotel dates back to 1909 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The hotel is a six-minute walk from the Alamo and two blocks from the San Antonio Riverwalk. The property has over 20,000 square feet of event space, an outdoor heated pool, fitness center, free WiFi, valet parking, a full-service business center, restaurant and bar.
