Avalon Waterways has announced a series of cruises hosted by celebrity writers and musicians.
Avalon will host prominent writers and musicians on its ships.
The Storyteller series This includes signatures, question and answer sessions, and other ways to interact with hosts on selected crossings on the Rhine, Danube and Seine rivers in 2021 and 2022.
Confirmed hosts included Diana Gabaldon, Author of the “Outlander” novels; Candace Bushnell, Author of the anthology “Sex in the City”; Cheryl got lost, Author of “Wild”; Gillian Flynn, Author of “Gone Girl”; Comic fantasy novelist Christopher Moore;; and singer-songwriter Edwin McCain.
“Our new, exclusive storyteller series invites travelers to enhance the storytelling tapestry of their lives by taking incredible once upon a time on the river vacation,” said Pam Hoffee, managing director of Avalon Waterways.
“Through this special series of sails, Avalon guests can spend a week in Europe with their favorite storytellers. They are invited to meet legends in legendary landscapes.
