Disney Cruise Line returns to the water this summer with crossings from multiple UK ports. However, if you are over 18 you will need more than just a ticket.

Additionally, all passengers – including those under the age of 18 – are required to present a negative COVID-19 test whether or not they have been vaccinated.

Cruises will return from several UK ports this summer including London Tilbury, Newcastle, Liverpool and Southampton. These will essentially be cruises to nowhere with no ports of call. These types of cruises are not permitted in the United States.

Disney Cruise Line has confirmed that all UK residents will be eligible to reserve cabins on the Disney Magic cruise ship from April 30th. Platinum and Gold Castaway Club members can book from April 28th. Eligibility for Silver members begins April 29th.

Under a prior agreement with the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA), returning to sailing would require 100 percent COVID-19 testing for both passengers and crew aboard a Disney Cruise Line ship.

It is currently unknown when US domestic travel will be allowed to resume. At the time, all Disney trips were from US ports canceled until June 2021.
