ANN ARBOR, me. – Police said three women were stabbed to death at around 1:31 am on Sunday at Sonesta Suites on 800 Victors Way in Ann Arbor.

Police say the triple sting took place in a hotel room that one of the victims rented.

On Sunday morning, police announced that a 47-year-old man with a current Ypsilanti address had been identified as a possible suspect in the case. The police plan to speak to him about the crime. The motive for the triple jump is still unknown.

The first victim is a 27-year-old Ypsilanti woman who was stabbed several times. She is in critical condition at the University of Michigan Hospital.

According to police, the second victim, a 36-year-old woman, is currently in stable condition in the same hospital.

The third victim, a 33-year-old woman, was also rushed to the University of Michigan hospital and is in stable condition.
