Dream Cruises has extended its Super Seacation cruises until June 27, 2021.

The cruise line has been offering two- and three-day cruises called Super Seacation around Singapore for residents of Singapore since November 6, 2020.

“With our 100th milestone in safe sailing on World Dream in mid-February, we are pleased to announce that your home port service has now been extended to the end of June 2021,” said Michael Goh, President of Dream Cruises. “We were encouraged by the overwhelming response from Singapore residents to our Super Seacation cruises on World Dream.”

For its February to May cruises, Dream Cruises has partnered with the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Singapore, the Korea Tourism Organization and the Tourism Authority of Thailand Singapore to bring cultural experiences from Korea and Thailand on board the World Dream.

The Rhythm of Korea sails will run from February 21 to March 31, 2021. A Hanbok fashion runway show and outdoor games like Jegichagi and Tuho & Arrows keep old-time Korean entertainment on board. Modern Korean entertainment options include Korean blockbuster films shown at World Dream’s Cinema at Sea, beauty and hair talks about K-beauty trends, dance classes on the best K-pop hits, and other activities.

Guests also have the opportunity to learn classic Korean cuisine recipes like kimchi and kimbap, enjoy trendy Korean street food delights like tteokbokki rice cake, japchae, Haemul Pajeon seafood pancakes and Korean fried chicken, and snacks like jeju pralines and Korean to enjoy abalones.

The Amazing Thailand sails, on offer between March 31 and May 28, 2021, feature themed activities ranging from traditional music to Thai pop music to a movie marathon of Thai blockbusters.

“For the body enthusiast, enjoy an adrenaline rush with basic muay thai training or a fun game of Sepak Takraw, a hybrid sport of soccer, volleyball and gymnastics, then take part in Water Gun Day or the Pitch Burst Challenge,” said Dream Cruises.

Thai massages and tropical products as well as the Thai Street Market at Sea for Thai street food are also offered for the passengers.

“Insta-worthy photos are just a click away on the Tuk Tuk and Big Bowl Noodle pop-up displays, and in front of the breathtaking backdrop of Thai umbrellas and lanterns throughout the ship. In the Thai handicraft workshop, guests can bring a piece of Thai culture home to their friends and family, where the traditional arts of soap-carving, tie dyeing and painting paper umbrellas are taught, ”the shipping company explained.
