The Dream Hotel Group has announced plans for their second property in the Miami area.

The group, which operates brands such as Chatwal Hotels and Unscripted Hotels, will open the 165-room Dream Miami in the upcoming Riverside Wharf project.

The complex is slated to open in 2025 and will have six dining options, a rooftop pool, health and wellness facilities, and a private marina.

The $ 185 million Riverside Wharf is due to break the ground next year on the site of the current Wharf Miami.

On the news, Jay Stein, CEO of Dream Hotel Group said:

“There is a natural synergy between the Dream Hotel Group and the City of Miami. Like Miami, our leading lifestyle brand, Dream Hotels, continues to expand rapidly, offering international hospitality, lively entertainment and unique experiences sought after by local residents as well as business travelers and pleasure seekers from around the world.

“We are very excited to be taking part in this extraordinary project and can hardly wait to open our doors in 2025.”

There are currently half a dozen hotels operating under the Dream Hotels brand, including in Miami South Beach, Nashville, New York, and Bangkok.

Future properties include Dream Doha (2022), Dream Memphis (2023) and hotels in Atlanta, Cleveland, Dallas, Las Vegas, Oklahoma City, Palm Springs and San Antonio in 2024.

In 2019, plans were also unveiled for the Dream Hotel Group’s first UK property under the Unscripted brand, to be housed in the restored Methodist Central Hall in Birmingham. However, this project will no longer be listed as a future item on the group’s website.

Dream Hotel Group will open 20 more properties by 2022
