While event planners tackle the complex task of organizing personal or hybrid events in the current environment, Hilton event planners provide COVID-19 testing and health screening resources for their event attendees.

Starting this month, Hilton’s event planner partners who book or have booked an event at a U.S. hotel will have access to a list of third-party providers who can offer COVID-19 testing and health screening options, including portable temperature control devices , personal health screening checklists, COVID-19 self-test options, and COVID-19 on-site tests on the same day.

“As more customers book in-person meetings and events, the inquiries and questions about COVID-19 testing and screening options for event attendees have steadily increased,” said Frank Passanante, senior vice president, Hilton Worldwide Sales, Americas, adding The offer offers a seamless experience and offers our event planners preferential rates.

The new resource is offered as part of the company’s EventReady with CleanStay program, which was launched last summer and includes guides and curated resources covering event planning solutions, including the recently expanded hybrid events section, as well as creative food and drink options, Technology resources, redesigned spaces for physical distancing, and more.
