Employees with direct illness, exposure, and quarantine related to COVID-19 should request a flexible work location if they are able to work and can do so from an off-campus location. If the employee is unable to work due to illness or an obligation to report to work, paid administrative leave can be granted. This vacation is up to 14 days for direct illness, exposure, and quarantine related to COVID-19. Employees must apply for paid vacation or work from a flexible workplace. The request is forwarded to Human Resources for review and determination. Supporting documentation is required.
