The Hospitality Ventures Management Group (HVMG) has taken over the management of two properties in the suburbs of their hometown of Atlanta. The company added five hotels in the city in the past 60 days, expanding the Atlanta-based company’s portfolio to 12 of 52 hotels nationwide and the 10th new hotel transaction since July.

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Atlanta-Roswell
The 174-room DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Atlanta-Roswell is adjacent to Alpharetta, GA, in the Roswell suburb of North Atlanta. Nearby attractions include historic downtown Roswell, the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Park, Avalon and the Ameris Bank Amphitheater.

Hotel amenities include an outdoor pool, fitness center, shuttle service within 5 miles, business center, free Wi-Fi, and over 12,000 square feet of meeting space. Dining options include the Dogwood Café and Dogwood Lounge.

The property was recently acquired by RADCO.

Atlanta Marriott Perimeter Center
The 344-room Atlanta Marriott Perimeter Center in the northern suburb of Atlanta, Dunwoody, recently completed a multi-million dollar renovation to enhance the exterior of the hotel with 18,000 square feet of meeting space and guest rooms.

The hotel features a full service fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools, and The Greatroom restaurant. The rooms are equipped with free Wi-Fi access and oversized work areas.

Nearby attractions include SunTrust Park (home of the Atlanta Braves), Perimeter Mall, and Mercedes-Benz Stadium (home of the Atlanta United and Atlanta Falcons).
