Kayak users who search for cruises by destination, cruise line or departure month will now be taken to Cruise Critic, where they can view and click on deals from travel agencies and cruise lines.

When users click on a deal, they are taken to the agency or cruise line website.

According to Tripadvisor, interest in cruising is strong, and the partnership will help support that demand.

Each company will benefit from the arrangement. Cruise Critic’s traffic will increase, Tripadvisor said, while Kayak will be able to scale its cruise business.

“As momentum around cruises returns this year, we want to ensure that we continue bringing value to our travelers by providing them with all their options in one place — cruises included,” said Annie Wilson, Kayak’s chief commercial officer. “Just in time for Wave season, our travelers can now access cruise content, reviews and itineraries for a more seamless and comprehensive travel planning experience.”

Kayak is a Booking Holdings brand, and Cruise Critic is a subsidiary of Tripadvisor.
