You will report to the Head of People & Culture and work as part of a larger HR team. You will become a trusted HR business partner for the Dunkin Donuts brand.

Approximately 320 employees across the UK concentrated in Yorkshire, North West, Midlands and London with significant growth plans.

Retail stores across the UK with 2 manufacturing locations.

You will partner with the Operations Manager for all aspects of HR, including executing the workforce plan and helping with business growth.

A real generalist role with a focus on employee relationships, leadership skills, succession planning, talent, identifying HR trends and initiating plans.

  • Was previously an HR Business Partner or is a Senior HR Advisor looking for the next step.
  • Can travel around the UK 3-4 days a week
  • Has the ability to work independently, to keep his own diary.
  • Can influence relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Is an HR generalist who works in a practical role.
  • Has previously worked in a fat sector similar to retail
