Hotel Equities Appoints Mark Williams as Business Development SVP
Hotel Equities (HE) has named Mark Williams as the company’s SVP for business development. Williams is also President of Coakley & Williams (CW), which entered into a strategic partnership with Hotel Equities in the first quarter of this year. In his new role on the Business Development Team, Williams will report directly to Joe Reardon, HE’s Chief Development Officer, and will focus on expanding the company’s portfolio in the northeastern United States.

Williams brings nearly 20 years of hospitality experience to the team and has made significant contributions to the business growth strategy for 2022. As CW joined forces with HE earlier this year, the partnership allowed Williams to focus on new developments and expansions.
