TTC also announced that it is suspending its tours of Australia and New Zealand until December due to uncertainty about the state border closings.

“The current operating environment has meant that most of our tours are affected by cancellations due to bans and restrictions and we cannot deliver our usual high guest experience,” said Hosking.

Meanwhile, travelers and guides traveling overseas accompanied by Intrepid Travel must be fully vaccinated starting next month as part of a broader vaccine campaign from Australia’s largest tourism company.
