A member of the Travel Community Team is there for the traveler every step of the way.

This could be a future traveler sitting in Stockholm with questions about traveling in Australia. They will call there to answer them.

When at the end of your Welcome to Travel tour you decide how long you want to tour the east coast of Australia, you are there to plan your dream trip.

After they finish their trip, they may come to you for advice on finding a job and guess what? They will be there to help them find a job using our vacancies.

We are with each and every one of our travelers and want them to have the best possible experience during their stay in Australia.

A member of the travel community is a huge part of a person’s journey and when you help the traveler have the best trip possible they will remember you forever.

Let us tell you about the role

  • Although your work week and expectations are clear, the role will be kept exciting and fresh as no two days are the same.
  • The work environment can be dynamic and flexible, there will be no role in clocking in and clocking out.
  • Our growth to date is the result of hard work, but also the collaboration in a team. We encourage great ideas from all team members and are not afraid to implement them / try new things.
  • We will work hard to build and serve our community when the borders open.

You will be:

  • Set up the new administrator requirements for travelers
  • Virtually and face to face both before people travel here and while here in Australia
  • Show people around the city as part of the Sydney mini pack tour
  • Organizing onward travel for people across Australia and beyond
  • Using our employment resources to help travelers find jobs
  • The main point of contact for travelers

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Experience working with people in any role, for example in hospitality, tourism or sales *

* This would be an advantage, but is not absolutely necessary.

The application deadline is December 12, 2021 and successful applicants will be heard by us until December 23, 2021, the interviews begin in the week from January 3, 2022.

The position is currently slated to begin on February 7, 2022, although international travel / border announcements could affect this. We would be happy to discuss this with you.
