Travel reports from the vacation planning app TripIt analyzed user-submitted flight booking data to identify trending locations before and after holidays.
According to TripIt, flight bookings on the platform increased 18% in July 2021. That’s almost three times as much as the app the app received at the same time last year.

The five US cities that topped TripIt bookings this year are Las Vegas, Denver, Chicago, New York, and Seattle.
