We have been summer resident and wintering in Florida for 12 years. We love to keep up with the latest news from Summit County from the Summit Daily. Just wonder if Lucy Kay, CEO of the Breckenridge Tourism Office, realizes what she said Monday article on responsible tourism?

How would that happen and who decides on the criteria (political party, voting results, religion, race)? Sounds pretty Orwellian to me.
