The St. Regis Longboat Key residences are the premier branded residential community and luxury 5-star resort hotel on the Gulf of Mexico. The residences combine the legendary services of The St.

Regis with the appeal of an ocean getaway on the remote barrier island of Longboat Key, Florida. Set on 17 acres of land with direct beach access, the residences are ideally located for enjoying all of the delights of the area, including golf, tennis, water sports, shopping, dining, and the multitude of cultural and philanthropic events in Sarasota, all one short walk or drive away. The amenities are unparalleled and include signature St. Regis butler and concierge services, the world famous St. Regis Spa, on-site restaurants, a pool and spa for residents only, the clubhouse for private residents, and cabanas on the beach.

Tell us about the philosophy / vision behind this project.

To bring the 5 star resort to Longboat Key we are providing the owners with the service and convenience of a 5 star resort and the ability to live as if you were on vacation. The St. Regis slogan: Live Exquisite.

What lifestyle characteristics does your project offer consumers?

Owners have access to all of the resort’s services and amenities offered at the 5-star St. Regis Resort and Spa. In addition, the owners have special concierge and butler services, as well as access to restaurants, daily housekeeping and Bentley car service. The resort will have numerous restaurants including the St. Regis Piano Lobby Bar, an upscale steak and seafood restaurant, all day casual in the St. Regis Grille, poolside in the Beach Café and Sunset Bar, and on the beach in the Tiki Bar, also known as the Monkey Bar. It also features the 20,000 square foot St. Regis Signature Spa.

What are the main selling points for the location of the project?

The property is located on the south end of Longboat Key and features an 800-foot beach front on the Gulf of Mexico. The resort is just 3 miles from St. Armand’s Circle, known for its fabulous dining and shopping. Downtown Sarasota is also just a short drive away and offers more shopping, dining, theaters and galleries. SRQ International Airport is only eight miles away and has many direct commercial flights as well as a thriving FBO / Private Air service.

What makes your project attractive to real estate investors?

The St. Regis Longboat Key residences will be one of fewer than 20 St. Regis resorts around the world that have on-site residences. It is the only 5-star branded resort with residences on the entire Florida Gulf Coast.

Do you see / do you expect activities from international investors?

Due to travel restrictions, we have not yet had any international investors. As soon as the voyage resumes, we expect interest from international investors.
