Manheim Central (8: 1) ensured business with a decisive 42: 0 win over Elizabethtown (3: 6) on Friday. Elizabethtown hung around in the first half, but the Barons rattled 28 unanswered points in the second half to set themselves apart.

Quarterback Judd Novak showed another strong performance with 212 yards and two touchdowns. Novak set the tone for the Barons early with a 19-yard touchdown pass to Owen Sensenig in the first quarter.

Sensenig was solid on either side of the ball, adding a 26-yard fumble recovery touchdown in the fourth quarter to help the Barons pull it off. Teammate Kahlen Watt drove a 48-yard boat back to the house to spark the rally in the fourth quarter.
