The Tigers are extremely long and should overtake most of their opponents. Memphis finished the game with 45 rebounds and five players finished the game with five or more boards.

Hardaway’s group played extremely physically on the defensive end of the field, and LeMoyne-Owen held 32 percent off the field and 21.4 percent from the three-point line. The magicians flipped the ball 30 times and Memphis finished the game with 18 steals.

Alex Lomax set the tone on the defensive with four steals in the first half. The senior guard added six points, one rebound and seven assists, and ended the game with just one turnover.
