New inns open throughout the U.S.

Recent openings include a boutique hotel in Providence, RI; an AC Hotel in Miami and a Red Roof Inn in Texas.

The Beatrice
Paolino Properties has opened The Beatrice, a 47-room boutique hotel in the historic district of downtown Providence, RI. Located in the iconic Exchange Building from 1887, The Beatrice is the first boutique hotel to open in Providence in nearly a decade.

With the premiere of the world-class Bellini restaurant by Ignazio Cipriani and an exclusive private rooftop club for members and hotel guests, the hotel is introducing a destination for today’s discerning traveler and an upscale meeting place for locals.

Designed by ZDS Architecture & Interiors, the hotel features a contemporary design that pays tribute to the building’s rich history from the 19th century. The hotel’s rooms have high ceilings and large windows overlooking the city’s historic district. The rooms are equipped with Dyson Supersonic hairdryers, Mascioni bed linen from Milan, Nespresso coffee machine, BeeKind personal care products and in-room fit kits.

On-site amenities include Ignazio Cipriani’s Bellini restaurant and the rooftop Bellini Club and fitness center.

AC Hotel by Marriott Miami Dadeland
Simon and Concord Hospitality Enterprises have opened the AC Hotel Miami Dadeland in the Dadeland Mall in Miami.

The 170-room hotel is managed by Concord Hospitality and offers the brand-typical AC kitchen, the AC store and the AC lounge. Additional amenities include a rooftop pool with cabanas, a full-service bar, and a fitness center. It also has 3,600 m² of meeting space in five function rooms.

Red Roof Inn Corpus Christi North – Near Downtown
The Red Roof Inn Corpus Christi North – Near Downtown in Corpus Christi, TX has opened.

The 111-room property is 5 miles from Corpus Christi International Airport (CRP) and 20 miles from Corpus Christi Naval Air Station.

The hotel offers free Wi-Fi; an outdoor pool and picnic area with gazebos and BBQ grills; an electric vehicle charger; and a business center. All rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV, microwave and mini-fridge.
