Governor Pritzker and those in charge of the Illinois Office of Tourism and Industry announced a new campaign entitled “Time for Me to Drive”.

The campaign is designed to encourage local residents and visitors to safely enjoy Illinois’ diverse communities and scenic landscapes.

One of the highlights of the TV, radio, print and highway billboard campaign is Matthiessen State Park in Oglesby.

After an incredibly difficult year in which the pandemic kept us all close to our homes and kept apart, life-saving vaccines are bringing us back to life and a summer of fun and daring Governor Pritzker is approaching.

The campaign will feature the hit “Time for Me to Fly” from Illinois rock band REO Speedwagon.
