EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) The Americas Trail Blazers boys’ basketball team ranks 13th in this week’s Top 25 poll by the Texas Association of Basketball Coaches (TABC) and has proven why they are among the top teams in the Coronado with a 47:15 win in Coronado Class 6A belong on Tuesday evenings.
Americas was led by Jordan Hernandez, who scored 16 points in the win. The Trail Blazers have set up a defensive clinic as a team and continue to hold their ground as the top team in District 1-6A, improving to 12-0 this season. They will play in Montwood on Friday night.
