According to a press release, Oceania Cruises has presented its “Around the World in 180 Days” itinerary for 2021. The 684-guest insignia that will operate the itinerary will leave San Francisco on January 15, 2023, calling at 96 destinations in 33 countries on four continents.

“We now know how irreplaceable these experiences are and we value the privilege of traveling more than ever,” said Oceania Cruises President and Chief Executive Officer Bob Binder.

“Travel connects us through shared experiences, creates lifelong bonds and enriches us in ways we could never have imagined. That mindset guided us in creating this epic world tour for our guests,” he added.

The itinerary provides access to more than 60 UNESCO World Heritage Sites, and guests who take the entire world tour have the option to attend five events on land, according to the cruise line. These events include an Argentine cultural exhibition in Buenos Aires, an afternoon at a winery in Cape Town, an evening in the Al Maha Desert Dune in the Arabian desert outside of Dubai, a fundraising ceremony for Burmese monks in Myanmar, and an evening by candlelight in Vung Duc Cave in the UNESCO World Heritage Site outside of Hanoi.

All guests traveling around the world in 180 days can choose between 64 free shore excursions, a free drinks package, or free onboard credit of USD 6,400. You will also receive the exclusive Prestige Package from Oceania Cruises, which includes unlimited internet, onboard medical care, hotel stay before the cruise and much more.

The trip will go on sale on January 27th.
