Starwood Property Trust, an American real estate investment company and lender, helped refinance Paddy McKillen Jr.’s hotel investments.
Starwood is the primary lender in a transaction brokered by Trimont Real Estate Advisors, an international “complex and bad debt” asset manager on behalf of real estate lenders.
In a separate development, Oval Acorn, the holding company of the McKillen Jr. hotel group, has received approximately € 30 million in equity funded by Signal Capital Partners, a London-based private equity firm.
