Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, the world’s largest hotel franchising company and leading provider of hotel management services, has around 8,900 properties Pamudji Slamet as Director of Development, Indonesia and the Philippines.

Pamudji joins Wyndham Hotels & Resorts’ Asia Pacific division, which has a portfolio of over 1,500 hotels in 20 markets and territories.

In his new role, he will be responsible for growing the company’s portfolio through new development and conversion opportunities through franchise and management agreements in Indonesia and the Philippines. Pamudji will focus on building new relationships and working with key property owners and developers to continue growing Wyndham Hotels & Resorts’ presence in both markets.

With over 30 years of hospitality experience, Pamudji joins Wyndham Hotels & Resorts with an impressive track record of development. His industry experience includes both operational and development roles where he led conversions, mergers, acquisitions, hotel rebranding through franchise, management, hotel lease and manchise agreements. He is also well versed in real estate development in a variety of segments, from luxury to economy hotels to condotels and branded residences.

Prior to joining Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, he played a key role in Accor’s robust growth as Director of Development, Indonesia. During his tenure, he was responsible for securing long-term hotel management and hotel consultancy contracts and provided owners and builders with market research, location analyzes and feasibility studies.

In addition, Pamudji’s decades of experience spans several hospitality companies including GHM Hotels, Fairmont Raffles Hotels International, Discovery Hotels & Resorts, Horwath Asia Pacific and JLL.

Pamudji reports directly to Matt Holmes, Head of Development, South East Asia & Pacific Rim.

Pamudji is an Indonesian national and lives in Jakarta. He holds a Master of Science degree in International Hotel Management from the Oxford School of Hotel Management, Oxford Brookes, England.
