NEW YORK, April 8, 2021 / PRNewswire / – Pernod Ricard North America today announced the appointment of Lani Montoya, a veteran with the company who has held executive positions in both the United States and the United States Parisas Chief Human Resources Officer in his management team. She will succeed Paul Holub, who after a 25-year career with Pernod Ricard North America, Corby Spirit and Wine and Hiram Walker & Sons.

Montoya has been with the premium spirits and wine company for 15 years and most recently headed Global Talent Management and Diversity & Inclusion for Pernod Ricard, based in Paris. In that role, she made significant strides in achieving Pernod Ricard’s goal of achieving a better balance as the company seeks to become the most inclusive, diverse and sustainable spirits and wine company in the industry. She also played a crucial role in the design and implementation of Pernod Ricard’s new HR strategy. Previously, Montoya was HR Director for the Travel Retail division of Pernod Ricard Americas and HR Manager for Malibu-Kahlua International.

Montoya will also be responsible for promoting the company’s cornerstone for better balance and ensuring that diversity, flexibility and wellbeing in the workplace are paramount.
