Princess Cruises has announced its 2022-2023 season in the Mexican Riviera, California Coast, Hawaii and Tahiti. Six ships will sail in the different regions, offering 19 unique itineraries from Los Angeles, San Francisco and Vancouver.

Princess has been sailing to Mexico for over 55 years, bringing guests the best of the Mexican Riviera. Here are some seasonal features for 2022-2023:

  • Four MedallionClass ships – Discovery, Crown, Ruby and Sapphire Princess
  • Eight destinations in two countries including Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlán and Cabo San Lucas
  • 29 departures on four unique travel routes of five to ten days
  • Discovery Princess will return for its second West Coast season, offering five- and seven-day round-trip trips from Los Angeles
  • Each five-night cruise includes one night in Cabo San Lucas
  • Ruby Princess will take 10-day cruises on the Mexican Riviera from San Francisco
  • Sapphire and Discovery Princess will both operate 10-day cruises on the Baja Peninsula and the Sea of ​​Cortez from Los Angeles

California coast

Princess is the only cruise line that offers regular cruises along the California coast. Every cruise to San Francisco sails under the Golden Gate Bridge – this season the line’s ships will sail under it a total of 64 times.

California coast highlights include:

  • Five MedallionClass ships – Discovery, Crown, Grand, Majestic and Ruby Princess
  • 10 destinations in three countries including Santa Barbara, San Francisco, Astoria, San Diego and Monterey
  • A total of 28 departures on 11 unique travel routes from three to ten nights from Los Angeles, San Francisco or Vancouver
  • Discovery Princess sails out of Los Angeles and Ruby Princess returns with five and seven-night round-trip transportation from San Francisco
  • Late-night round-trip stays give passengers time to explore cities like San Francisco, San Diego, Los Angeles, Seattle, Vancouver, and Victoria

Hawaii & Tahiti

Princess Hawaii and Tahiti Program Highlights in 2022 and 2023 include:

  • Three MedallionClass ships – Crown, Ruby and Sapphire Princess
  • 13 destinations in six countries including Maui, Hilo, Oahu, Kauai and five Pacific islands including Moorea and Bora Bora
  • A total of 21 departures on four unique travel routes from 15 to 28 days
  • 15-day round-trip cruises to Kauai, Oahu, Maui and the big island of Hawaii from three home ports: Los Angeles, San Francisco and Vancouver.
  • Most trips include an overnight stay in Honolulu
  • The 28-day Hawaii, Tahiti, and Samoa voyage returns, sailing from Los Angeles on the Crown Princess with an overnight stay in Bora Bora and nightly calls to Honolulu, Papeete, and Moorea

Captain’s Circle savings

If you book early, Princess Past Guests receive a special start discount for Captain’s Circle, which can be combined with start and group activities. To receive the discount, travelers must book before October 31, 2021.

Bookings for these cruises in Mexico, the California coast, Hawaii and Tahiti will open on April 28, 2021.
