Adjusted immigration policies will kick in on Tuesday 25th for passengers who are not vaccinated or who are arriving from overseas. Additional reduced restrictions, effective May 24, include increased enterprise capacity, increased from 30 percent to 50 percent; the abolition of the mask requirement for fully vaccinated people in parks and beaches; and permission to consume alcoholic beverages in swimming pools and beaches. The reopening of the island’s colossal lakes, popular for entertainment experiences, is also allowed at 30 percent capacity, with all attendees being required to present either a vaccination card or a negative antigen test to gain entry.
