The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection will go into operation in July with the Evrima with 298 guests currently under construction in Spain.

The first voyage will now sail from Venice (Italy) to Athens (Greece) on July 24, 2021.

“The safety and well-being of our guests and ladies and gentlemen continue to have top priority,” said Douglas Prothero, CEO of the Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection. “Due to the ongoing safety concerns and travel restrictions due to COVID-19, we have decided to proactively postpone our first sailing until later this summer. Knowing that our guests love to travel to the Mediterranean, we have also adjusted our autumn plan to include additional trips to the Mediterranean. We look forward more than ever to welcoming guests aboard Evrima in July and look forward to providing an extraordinary experience. ”

To address the challenges posed by the uncertainty surrounding the evaluation of future travel plans, the Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection has set up a flexible booking program for Mediterranean voyages 2021. Under this program, guests can apply to receive future cruise credit equal to 100% of the cruise price paid up to 31 days prior to sailing in the event travel restrictions prevent guests from reaching their scheduled port of embarkation after final payment. The credit can be used for any available trip up to April 14, 2023 within 12 months of being issued.
