ROSEMARY BEACH – A local luxury hotel lived up to its name and proven to be a globally recognized onshore gem.

The Pearl Hotel, 63 Main Street, was named one of the 15 Best Hotels in Florida by the Condé Nast Traveler Reader’s Choice Awards. With the ratings of more than 800,000 Condé Nast Traveler readers, the hotel came in 10th place with 93.33 out of 100 points.

“I continue to be so grateful and proud of our Pearl team for proving every day that genuine and personal service is at the core of what we do,” said David Merryman, general manager of the hotel. “It is particularly gratifying to be recognized as one of the top hotels in Florida by our guests and a renowned publication such as the Condé Nast Traveler.”

The ranking is behind hotels of the same caliber, which are exclusively located in central and south Florida. The 55-room boutique hotel has a restaurant, rooftop bar, poolside spa, and other modern accommodations and amenities.

The Pearl Hotel shines like a jewel in the heart of the Rosemary Beach community at sunset.

Guests will find rooms ready for a resort-style experience – from nightly bedside mini cheesecakes and rainfall showers to free beach loungers and oversized umbrellas on the dedicated stretch of beach. In addition to its central location in the Rosemary Beach community, local works of art are on display throughout the hotel that “make a stay at The Pear a truly unique and memorable experience,” according to the press release announcing the recognition.

The Pearl Hotel was named No. 10 in the Readers Choice Awards by Conde Nast Traveler.

The Readers’ Choice Awards are the longest running and most prestigious recognitions for excellence in the travel industry, according to the press release. The winners appear in the November issue and are posted on the Condé Nast Traveler website at. released cnatraveler.com/rca.
