F4 Transbay Partners has selected Rosewood Hotels & Resorts to manage a new ultra-luxury program on the West Coast with 180 rooms and suites designed by Joyce Wang Studio.

Hotels & Resorts in Rosewood starts this exciting development in partnership with F4 Transbay Partners, a joint venture between Hines, Urban Pacific and the real estate business of Goldman Sachs Asset Management.

An inspiring environment

Rosewood has been selected to manage a new ultra-luxury hotel in the Transbay District and has announced details of its plans for the location.

Luxurious lifestyle and upscale design

With a prime location in the Transbay District, this property offers unparalleled access to a number of landmarks and attractions, as well as the neighborhoods San Francisco is famous for, including 5.4 acres of Salesforce Park.

the Rosewood San Francisco will span 15 stories of a 61-story, 800-foot building designed by Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects. This is expected to be the last skyscraper development in the greater San Francisco area for the foreseeable future – and one of only three projects with a direct connection to Salesforce Park via a pedestrian skybridge.

The tower will also house residential, office and retail space including a sprawling pedestrian zone.

Rosewood’s new hotel will feature 180 guest rooms and suites with locally inspired interiors courtesy of Joyce Wang Studio. The amenities include the Asaya wellness concept, a fitness room, an exercise studio and a lap pool, as well as function rooms, a unique indoor and outdoor restaurant, a pastry shop, a “living room” and the private Manor Club lounge.
