Royal Orchid Hotels has announced the opening of eight new hotels under the Regenta Resort, Regenta Central and Regenta Inn brands.
In an application for listing on stock exchanges, the company announced that business hotels had opened in prominent business districts in cities such as Bengaluru and Noida. While three business / leisure hotels opened in Goa (Panjim), Jaipur and Ajmer. Two leisure properties will be opened, one in Mashobra and one in Udaipur.
“The new hotels in Bengaluru, Noida, Goa, Jaipur and Ajmer are intended to help strengthen the group’s position as one of the market leaders in corporate business. These hotels are in close proximity to the city’s central business district and other transportation hubs that are expected to serve a high-demand pipeline of industrial and IT companies. The Regenta Resort and SPA, Shimla in Mashobra, marks the group’s foray into an area of Shimla and Mashobra that is highly touristy and in great demand. This resort further strengthens the group’s presence in the state where we currently operate another resort, ”the company’s press release said.
In Udaipur, the hotel is located at the foot of the Sajjan Garh Fort in Regenta Central Mewargarh and is the latest addition to our group’s portfolio. The hotel has modern rooms and cottages that serve both business and leisure travelers, as well as modern banqueting and open spaces for weddings and events.
Chander K Baljee, Chairman and Managing Director, commented on the new product launches: “We are on the way to setting up more than 100 hotels in the length and breadth of our country. The addition of eight new properties in the last quarter alone is testament to the effort we have made and the speed with which we have worked.
