SAP Concur has a sole contract worth 374.35 million from Defense Human Resources Activity Travel-as-a-service platform for the Ministry of Defense.

According to a procurement notice posted on SAM.gov on Wednesday, the company will create the MyTravel web-based system with a subscription pricing model for DOD employees to book trips and manage travel-related transactions.

DHRA said the company will integrate the application with the department’s financial management platforms as part of the defense travel modernization program.

The agency expects to switch 2,000 users and 1,000 travel transactions to the new platform in the 2021 financial year and to process 3.8 million transactions annually via the system by the 2025 financial year.

The six-year contract is a follow-up to the prototype of another transactional agreement between SAP Concur and the Army Contracting Command.
