Pets have really gotten used to having us at home over the past year. Because of this, six out of ten companies plan to be more flexible after the pandemic so they don’t get so lonely. A survey of 500 C-suite executives on behalf of Banfield Pet Hospital found that 59% give their employees the ability to work remotely because of their pets. 62% of respondents predict such trends will extend beyond their offices and believe that more workplaces will be animal friendly. 1,500 dog and cat owners were also drawn, saying three in ten have adopted a new pet since the pandemic began. 63% of employees said they were now thinking more about how pets fit into their work day, and 57% said they do.The Banfield Pet Hospital study respondents not only believe this is good for their pets, but also make them more productive in the day offices where we were previously animal-friendly. The menu offers four options:

  • Beef Doguignon: Slow-cooked piece of beef brisket, served with mashed potatoes, carrots, green beans, sweet corn, broad beans and gluten-free sauce
  • Roast mutt: gluten-free tomato noodles topped with mature cheddar cheese and roasted in the oven
  • Earl Greyhound: A calming blend of lavender, rose petals, lime blossom, and orange blossom
  • Tailwagger Creek: A non-alcoholic wine made with elderflower, nettle, ginseng, lime blossom and black carrot

Hilton said the menu was developed with and approved by veterinary nutrition experts Dog friendlyThis is helping dog owners in the UK find pet-friendly hotels and restaurants.
