A number of resources for those battling the cold this weekend have been compiled and shared by Hays County.

District officials are urging residents to stay away from roads that may be covered in ice as parts of the district received rain overnight, a press release said.

Located next to Simon Middle School at 3839 E. RM 150, Kyle, the Hays CISD Little Hope Box is full of groceries for those in need. Scarves and gloves may also be available.

The following Hays County organizations also provide a selection of clothing, shelter, groceries, and other resources as required and available. Hays County will also add his list when resources become available.
