BRUSSELS–(BUSINESS WIRE) – Thon Hotel Brussels Airport announces the end of the complete renovation of the building by the end of 2021.

The hotel will be completely renovated by the end of 2021. Renovations include a new design for all 100 guest rooms, a marble breakfast buffet with new matching restaurant furniture, and a stylish lobby set. All items were carefully curated by Sissel Berdal Haga Thon, Head of Design at the Olav Thon Group, and Norwegian interior designer Trond Ramsoeskar, who worked to transform the hotel from an airport hotel into a Thon hotel full of color and light.
In the trendy bar area, guests can enjoy a new level of entertainment, as a pool table and a foosball table have been set up.
The hotel has set up a Grab & Go self-service market that replaces all restaurant service and offers a variety of snacks, meals and beverages at all times. Both guests and external visitors can buy a take-away meal for the flight, the lunch break or take it to the room.
Also worth mentioning are the move into an air-conditioned fitness studio with Technogym equipment and the complete renovation of the conference room with all technical equipment.
In addition to changing the style and services, the hotel has invested in and improved the security of the building by replacing the fire control panels and detectors, fire extinguishers and fire doors, and adding security cameras in and around the building.
