The decision of the Denver Broncos too exchange for Quarterback Teddy Bridgewater a day before the 2021 NFL Draft could have far-reaching implications for the top 10.

Initially, there were signs that the Broncos would avoid the quarterback with the ninth pick in the draft and roll with Bridgewater and Drew Lock battling for the starting job this summer.

That might not be the case. Sports Illustrated’s Albert Breer said the Broncos could trade Lock Lock on Thursday night if they land Justin Fields or Trey Lance. Breer notes that the Minnesota Vikings could be a potential landing site.

“A seasoned quarterback who could be transferred this weekend: Drew Lock, a third year Denver man. If the Broncos Justin Fields or Trey Lance land (which I believe is possible) there is a strong perception that Lock will be on the block from Friday. ” The NFL insider reported. “One potential target I’ve heard for Lock is Minnesota, a team that could take advantage of affordable backup.”

The 6-foot-4 lock, selected in the second round in Missouri in 2019, played well as a rookie, throwing seven touchdowns against three interceptions in five starts. Unfortunately he had problems last season.

The young signal caller, who was responsible for leading the standings with 15 interceptions, threw only 16 touchdowns in 13 starts. It has led the Denver Broncos to seek an upgrade in the middle. Here’s a look at three potential problems for Lock as he tries to revive a young career.
