Best Western’s SureStay Plus Brand Opens Hotels in Peoria, IL; Cookstown, NJ; and Smithfield, RI.
The SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Peoria (above) in Peoria, IL has opened after completing a more than $1 million renovation. The property offers 60 guest rooms and nine suites, all with new furniture, beds, vanities and sinks. Each room has a flat screen TV, microwave and mini-fridge. Amenities include a complimentary hot breakfast, free WiFi, an indoor pool and on-site fitness center.
The property is close to attractions such as the Peoria Riverfront Museum, the Peoria Civic Center, the Peoria Zoo and the Sluggers Baseball Complex, as well as the Caterpillar Corporate Office and the OSF Saint Francis Medical Center.
The SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western McGuire AFB Jackson has had a complete renovation and has opened its doors in Cookstown, NJ. The property has 102 guest rooms, each with a flat-screen TV, a microwave and a mini-fridge. A new business center and meeting room can accommodate up to 14 people, while the upgraded outdoor area features a pergola with seating, a large chess board, and a foosball table. Other amenities include a fitness center, free hot breakfast and free WiFi.
The property is close to Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, Six Flags Great Adventure theme park and Sesame Place children’s theme and water park, as well as Jackson Premium Outlets, Burlington Center Mall and Fair Ground Plaza.

Each room has a flat-screen TV and a mini-fridge, with some also offering a microwave. Amenities include a fitness center, outdoor pool, two meeting and event spaces, free hot breakfast, and free Wi-Fi.
