Landing International Development Ltd, listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, has announced the appointment of a new Executive Director to oversee the hotels and theme parks at the company’s South Korean integrated resort, Jeju Shinhwa World.
Huang Wei, 39, was appointed for a fixed term of one year with immediate effect. It can then be re-appointed for one year at a time.
According to Landing’s announcement, Huang will be responsible for the “directing and management of the Group’s hotels and theme parks,” which currently only includes those found in Jeju Shinhwa World on Jeju Island.
Huang is said to have graduated from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law with a bachelor’s degree in international economics and trading and a master’s degree in business administration. He was previously a director of Guanghe Landscape Culture Communication Co. and has over 10 years of experience in the finance and travel industries, Landing said.
