Subject to the terms of the “Your Shot to Fly” sweepstakes, any new or existing MileagePlus® member who uploads their vaccination record between today and the airline’s mobile app or website can do so June 22 can enter to win round-trip tickets for two people in each class of service to anywhere in the world that United flies. United is giving away 30 pairs of tickets in June.
