As part of an effort to improve the user experience for faculty and staff traveling on behalf of West Virginia University, the Procurement, contact and payment services is about American Express worldwide business travel as the Standard Travel Management Company of WVU, valid from Monday, February 14th.

The decision to make this change was guided by responses to a recent survey of travelers at the university, who identified usability and pricing as a key concern of WVU’s previous travel and expense platform.

As part of this transition, the My travel Platform will move from Concur to the American Express Neo Travel and expense management tool. The Neo tool offers several advantages, including:

To prepare users for this change, the PCPS team is developing training resources that will be available on the PCPS Website. The PCPS team is also hosting several Zoom demo sessions over the coming weeks to walk users through the new features:
