Windstar cruises postponed a number of crossings while a timeline was released showing that this is planned New start in June with two ships in the Caribbean and the Mediterranean.
“We are carefully examining several factors that will affect our timing for resumption of operations,” the company said in a statement. “With the information we have today COVID-related travel restrictions and regulatory requirements, some uncertainties remain. We made the difficult decision Postpone some of our crossings. We will be gradually resuming cruise operations, with the first few cruises seeing lower guest occupancy, some changed itineraries, and improved health and safety protocols. “

Star Breeze and Wind Star are expected to sail again on June 19th.
Star Breeze is offering a seven-day round trip from St. Maarten to “Beach Fun & Sun: A Secluded Short Vacation in the Caribbean”. Ports of call are St. Barth, Tortola, Jost Van Dyke, Virgin Gorda and Anguilla.
The company’s website shows the 148-strong motor / sailing yacht Wind Star, which will embark on a 10-day “Delphi & Meteora: Greek Treasure Cruise” tour from Athens on June 23, 2021. The itinerary includes land visits to Delphi, Meteora, Acropolis, and Piraeus before sailing to Mykonos, Kusadasi in Turkey (after Ephesus), Patmos, Santorini, Monemvasia, and Nafplio.
The Star Breeze with 312 guests and all suites was completely renovated as part of Windstar’s $ 250 million Star Plus Initiative. The ship now has two new restaurants, a new spa, an infinity pool and a fitness area. The ship also has brand new bathrooms in each suite and a new category of star suites with a new layout.
The other four yachts were withdrawn to take off later. Here is the schedule for all of our yachts to start sailing again.
