The Shankly Hotel offers a taste of the luxury of Dubai in the heart of Liverpool city center. Named after football manager legend Bill Shankly, the hotel offers a range of Edwardian-style rooms, including a luxury option with an in-room hot tub.

The owners Hugh and Jemima are professional chefs so meals are covered and one of their forage and game cooking classes is also well worth taking. Wood burners, kitchenettes, outdoor grills, and most importantly, a hot tub await, and the endless hiking and biking trails add that extra dose of much-needed post-lockdown wellness.
This five-star Corinthia hotel is a short hop from the River Thames and a short walk from the roar of London’s Trafalgar Square. It is one of the best in the capital and is in a stunning location.
