Atari® works with the ICICB Group and grants license rights for the construction of Atari hotels in Dubai, Gibraltar and Spain

Paris, March 10, 2021 – Atari®, a global manufacturer of consumer brands and interactive entertainment products, announced today that it has signed a license agreement with the ICICB Group to develop Atari-branded hotels. Under the agreement, the first hotels will be built in selected locations outside the US, with Dubai, Gibraltar and Spain being the first countries to host the Atari hotels. The license agreement was signed with the ICICB Group, a multinational holding group with a diversified portfolio that is present in most of the world’s premium markets. This agreement with the ICICB Group is in addition to the license agreement of January 2020, which has already been concluded with the GSD Group and covers eight cities in the USA.

Under the terms of the agreement, Atari is entitled to 5% of hotel revenues. In addition, Atari is entitled to an amount of $ 0.5 million in the form of a non-refundable upfront payment and advisory fees.

Atari reserves the rights to develop similar hotels in the US and worldwide.
