SOLOMONS, MD – April 22, 2021 – Enjoy special cruises aboard the historic Wm. B. Tennison leaves the Calvert Marine Museum. Built in 1899, the Tennison is the only Coast Guard licensed vessel with hull and passenger transport in the United States. The ship served as an oyster-selling boat until 1978 and was designated a national historical landmark.

Celebrate your mother with a one-hour morning or evening cruise and take in the sights and sounds of Solomons Harbor and the Patuxent River. Feel free to bring drinks and snacks to enjoy during the cruise. Carnations for mom will be available. For ages 13 and up, it’s $ 10. Children under the age of 12 pay $ 5. Pre-registration is required.
