While some hotel restaurants are reporting reduced capacity due to COVID-19 restrictions, they have been patronized by Barbados for Christmas dinner.

At the Radisson Aquatica, Aquatic Gap, St. Michael, the staff were busy tending to a constant line of guests.

Sales Director Cheryl Blackman said, “It is of course good for us to have Barbadians with us again for Christmas dinner in a safe environment. We adhere to the protocols because the safety of our guests is of the utmost importance. “

Blackman said they had half the capacity of previous years but were making full use of the space available.

Guests who took advantage of the lunch special praised the hotel fervently. Phyllis Hewitt was part of a group of friends who often plan outings together. She said that once they were all on the island, Radisson Aquatica was the place to go for Christmas dinner. (CA)
