Nine is looking for a superstar customer partner for his team. The vertical of the customer partnerships within Nine is a fast-paced action where no two days are the same. By working in a close-knit and supportive team, you have the opportunity to connect with iconic luxury and travel brands in order to achieve their media and marketing goals. The main tasks of this role include:

  • Increase market share and sales across your travel customer base
  • Building customer portfolio expertise to identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Develop relationships with senior decision makers and influencers across the customer base
  • Linking across departments, functions and locations in order to present the customer and their media / creative agencies with a seamless face
  • Increase industry knowledge of media, data and experience sources; if possible, participate in relevant industry events;
  • Development of an extensive external industry network
  • Make sure customer and category insights are shared with the team
  • Use effective methods to deepen or expand relationships with customers
  • Deliver open, honest communication
  • Make sure you adhere to the core values ​​of Nine Publishing
  • Determine appropriate nine publishing assets to be deployed to effectively meet customer goals
  • Identify suitable up-sell products to present to specific customers

As our preferred candidate, you have:

  • At least 2 years of successful experience in media sales or comparable relevant experience.
  • Proven success in meeting sales targets
  • Distinct sales competence with a solution-oriented approach
  • Proven commitment to exceptional quality of work and customer experience
  • Proven experience working with colleagues and management to drive collaborative solutions
  • Excellent knowledge of print and digital advertising
  • Interest in and knowledge of media distribution and publishing.
  • Demonstrable ability and credibility to use internal resources as needed to deliver seamless strategic customer solutions
